Council of State da pin’ilnɛ dɔlisid Articles 89 paae 92 dinɛ bɛ Ghana yʋʋm tusir, kɔbiswai nɛ piswai nɛ yi wada gbaʋŋʋn la (1992 Constitution of Ghana): "Council of State na bɛ ka sa’an Zuraan la on na tʋmi o tʋʋma si’em."[1]
