Ghana 2008 vɔɔtʋg la da bɛnɛ yʋʋm tusa ayi nɛ anii nwadis piinɛ ayi daba ayɔpɔi daar (7 December 2008).[1] Ka na’aya’ad sɔ’ pʋ paam ka di paae vɔɔt pisnu kɔbiga pʋʋginla (50%) ba da maligim, vɔɔt ya’as (run-off election) yʋʋm tusa ayi nɛ anii nwadis piinɛ ayi la dabpisi nɛ anii daar (28 December 2008) na’anya’adib ayi banɛ da gaad tuon la, Nana Akufo-Addo onɛ bɛ Wabʋg Na’adɔɔg, New Patriotic Party nɛ John Atta Mills onɛ bɛ Ma’asim Tiig Na’adɔɔg, National Democratic Congress.[2] Mills da di vɔɔt la gaadi o tiraan la nɛ vɔɔt yinne kɔbiga pʋʋgin, o da di vɔɔt kan on da mɔ nɔɔra atan ka pʋ di la.[3] Dinɛ an vɔɔt kanɛ pʋ lal taaba labakʋda ni Ghana pin’il vɔɔtʋg.

Ba da gaŋ Foreign Minister kʋdʋg Nana Akufo-Addo ye o an yʋʋm tusa ayi nɛ ayi la (2008) zi’en wabʋg na’adɔɔg, New Patriotic Party (NPP) nɔba zug ba na’adɔɔg la congress ni yʋʋm tusa ayi nɛ ayɔpɔi la nwadis piinɛ ayi dabpisi nɛ atan daar (23 December 2007). La’anɛ on da pʋ paam vɔɔt pisnu kɔbiga pʋʋgin (50%) la, onɛ da ti’ali ayi daan ka an Trade Minister kʋdʋg John Alan Kyeremanten, da siak ye on liya ka sʋŋi Akufo-Addo.[5]
