Ba da dʋ’a Charles Binipom Bintin nɛ Kuntuli-Saboba dinɛ bɛ Northern Region sʋ’ʋlim, Ghana yʋʋm tusir, kɔbiswai nɛ pisyuobʋ nɛ anaasi nwadis anii dabpisi nɛ ayi daar (22 August 1964).[1] O da keŋ University of Ghana maal Diploma in Adult Education yʋʋm tusir, kɔbiswai nɛ piswai nɛ awai (1999) la ni ka da tɔlisi keŋ University of Cape Coast maali o post graduate studies in Arts yʋʋm tusa ayi nɛ ayɔpɔi (2007) la ni.[3][1]
